Who are we looking for?
The Wellspring Group is looking for a highly-confident individual with profound interpersonal skills, an intense sense of urgency, and an always-winning attitude to fill this Buyer Specialist role on our agent team. An ideal candidate will be community service minded with a team spirit mentality. This candidate must maintain a sense of professionalism and confidentiality and must exhibit exceptional customer service skills. In addition, he/she demonstrates on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving person who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The agent will work with buyers who have already been pre-screened, will schedule and attend appointments, and will provide high-level fiduciary advice to effectively guide clients to closing.
