How It All Started
It all began on an ordinary day in a Richmond Hill neighborhood. Niki was chatting with a neighbor when she noticed a mom juggling two little boys and a newborn who was having a moment. That mom was Erin.
Niki walked over, introduced herself (promising she wasn’t a crazy person 😉), and offered to hold baby Davis — because, as a former baby nurse, she really missed snuggling little ones. That brief, heartfelt moment turned into a friendship, and a few years later, a partnership built on trust, shared values, and a shared dream.
Today, The Wellspring Group is a thriving real estate team serving the greater Savannah area — proof that sometimes, the best things start with a simple act of kindness and a crying baby.
